CityPlace: This is Palm Beach’s most popular shopping area with stores, restaurants, and entertainment. It is also home to the famous Gardens Mall, a 1.4 million square foot mall with over 160 stores. The Gardens Mall even offers countless amounts of restaurants for the perfect lunch break during your epic shopping spree.  

Worth Ave: You can’t go wrong with being a big spender here! Worth Avenue contains stores of some of the biggest-named designers including Chanel and West Palm Beach Native, Lilly Pulitzer. Even if these stores are out of your price range, it is still an amazing place to window shop and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere. If you travel off the beaten path towards the beach, you will run into the Worth Avenue Clock Tower.

Elizabeth Ave Station: Trying to shop like a local? Then this is the perfect spot for you! Everything from textiles to jewelry, to clothes, is made by local artists which guarantee that there are a bunch of one-of-a-kind items to see and buy here. Elizabeth Ave Station also offers evening events with live music, drinks, and special guests. They post details about these events on their Instagram.

Flagler Museum: Henry Flagler was one of the Founding Fathers of Palm Beach and also produced most of Florida’s infrastructure that is still used today. Flagler made the WhiteWall home as a wedding present for his third wife. It was known as one of the most lavish homes known to man. The WhiteWall home is today known as the Flagler Museum and gives visitors a sense of how Flagler greatly influenced the development of Palm Beach. Admission is $40 per person. If you visit between the months of November and Mid-March, there is an afternoon tea session that is included in the price!

Palm Beach Zoo: This zoo is different than most due to its choice of animals. When visiting, you’ll find anteaters, sloths, capybaras, and more! They also offer a Flamingo Experience for visitors to hang out and feed flamingos.

Lion Country Safari: This is the perfect family-friendly activity to do while visiting West Palm Beach. Lion Country Safari is a drive-thru zoo, so visitors can take their own cars for a ride through the desert, jungle, savannah, and plenty of other terrains! Walking tours are also available and include adventures like miniature golf, a petting zoo, and a water park.

Riviera Beach: There are ample amounts of activities to do throughout this beach. You can rent paddle boards and kayaks then spend your hour paddling around Peanut Island. If you have enough time, you can even pack a lunch to eat on the island. Not interested in playing in the water? Head up to Singer Island where resorts are lined up along the shore and provide plenty of opportunities for entertainment and places to eat.

MacArthur Beach: You will find a bunch of beautiful seashells along this shore, it is the best place to capture a shell for your souvenir collection! MacArthur Beach also offers kayak rentals and summer camps for children.

Clematis Street: The heart of Downtown West Palm Beach. This street shows the true style of West Palm Beach and provides the best social scene in the city. There are also plenty of places to drink and mingle with the locals.

Breakers Hotel: Another legacy of Mr. Flagler, this hotel attracts the rich and famous. Breakers Hotel is surrounded by beautiful architecture, an abundance of plants, and lies right along the coast. This hotel is free for the public to visit and roam around while admiring the beautiful atmosphere. If you hang out and stay to people watch, you may be lucky and run into a celebrity!

Royal Palm Way: A scenic drive that brings you from West Palm Beach to Palm Beach Island. The drive surrounds you with palm trees and the medians between the roads are filled with small, magnificent gardens. Along the way, stop at the Elisha Newton Dimmick statue. Dimmick was the first mayor of Palm Beach.
